RAW Coffee Company is launching a newly crafted menu, by owners Kim Thompson and Matt Toogood, in collaboration with former Westin Mina Seyahi Chef Michael Angelo Bansag.
Chef Bansag and his team have collaborated with the RAW owners to personalise the new menu, with dishes that incorporate his experience in Asian and South American specialties, while creating new dishes sourcing New Zealand ingredients and following authentic old-school family recipes.
The new menu offers an all-day breakfast. With meats from New Zealand, fresh local fish and local corn-fed chicken, the café also includes items on the menu that are derived from the owner’s Kiwi heritage such as eggs Benedict, old-fashioned milkshakes made with ice cream and all-natural ingredients, and avocado on toast. Plus, cakes and slices that go with coffee.
RAW is also offering sourdough breads and pastries from Birch Café, artisan gelato from Canvas Gelato and a variety of products from Avantcha tea.
