RAW Coffee Company’s team has developed an interactive Virtual Barista Assistance feature on their website.
The company has customised this service to offer a professional personalised coffee experience, including milk science and latte art, perfecting brewing methods, understanding the importance of the grind size and brewing extractions, and troubleshooting the espresso machine.
The service is designed to give all the tips and tricks to making home-made coffee taste as good as it does in the café. RAW is offering 30 minute and 1-hour time slots and have a questionnaire set up to capture needs and goals of all users.
They then send out coffee to customers’ homes and schedule a mutually beneficial time for the session.
