Dubai-based gastronomy and lifestyle powerhouse Rikas Hospitality Group has announced the appointment of Giuseppe Pezzella as the Executive Chef of RIKAS Hospitality Group being in charge of all special projects and new openings with a focus on the beautiful brasserie Eugène Eugène.
Chef Giuseppe’s culinary journey has been marked by his commitment to excellence, innovation and a profound passion for the culinary arts. Having honed his skills in prestigious kitchens all over the world, Chef Giuseppe has spent the last several years making valuable contributions to Dubai’s vibrant and diverse culinary scene where he has been at the forefront of creating extraordinary dining experiences.
During his time in the city, Chef Giuseppe has headed culinary teams at world-famous brands including Marriott, Five Palm Jumeirah, Cinque, Quattro Passi Nerano and Chic Nonna, further refining his skills with each move.
