With extensive experience in international culinary scenes, Chef Grant Marais will lead the hotel’s diverse dining experiences, including multiple banquets and events facilities, Kitchen25, the all-day dining restaurant; Café Verde, proudly serving Starbucks; and Bubbles Pool Bar & Outdoor Shisha Lounge and in-room dining experience. He brings an innovative approach to global flavors, fresh ingredients, and exceptional guest experiences. His vision includes developing innovative menus, elevating guest dining experiences, implementing sustainable practices, introducing diverse culinary offerings, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and sustainability. Additionally, Chef Grant will focus on enhancing kitchen functionality, streamlining operations, optimizing cost efficiency, developing the culinary team and driving the commercial performance of the outlets to maximize revenue.
