Coming all the way from the Michelin-starred Shang Palace at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong to Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, Chef Liu Wai-Yeung will take over the capital’s Shang Palace for a three-night pop-up event from November 21-23.
Joining hands with the Chinese chefs at Shang Palace in Abu Dhabi, the team has prepared an exclusive dinner set menu to celebrate Cantonese cuisine with the guests of the award-winning Chinese restaurant.
The eight-course dinner set menu includes Cantonese favourites, such as deep-fried stuffed crab shell, wok-fried cod fillet with red bean curd sauce and sautéed Wagyu beef diced with asparagus and mushroom.
