The mixology class is 45-minute-long and costs AED175 per person. The culinary month is also celebrating Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day with special themed dinners, offering unique experiences to mark these occasions. Alongside these festivities, the hotel is introducing reimagined croissants as part of Sofitel’s global Haute Croissanterie programme, blending French pastry artistry with Middle Eastern flavours.
