The Restaurant Co., a new specialist F&B public relations and communications agency, has launched in the UAE.
Developed to work specifically alongside chefs, restaurants, and food & beverage brands, The Restaurant Co. was founded by Sophie Voelzing, a food writer and former journalist with a demonstrated history of working in the restaurant and hospitality media industry for both consumer and trade audiences, most recently with BBC Good Food and The Pro Chef Middle East as editor.
Driven by her passion for all things F&B and guided by her entrepreneurial spirit, Sophie established The Restaurant Co. in 2021 – a time when voicing unheard stories of restaurants was more necessary and prevalent than ever.
With a goal to shine the spotlight on the passion and artistry of culinary projects, The Restaurant Co.’s services include PR and communication solutions, story development, media relations and brand management.
Commenting on the launch, Sophie says: “Now more than ever, restaurants and food brands need support with communicating their messaging to the public.
