The Anatoli Salad has heirloom tomatoes, spiced halloumi, cucumber, red onion, mint, bulgur wheat with a pomegranate dressing, and more.
The menu at tashas Al Galleria offers three new vegan dishes, including a Chickpea Omelette, a chickpea crepe, stuffed with mushrooms, tofu scramble, caramelised onion and fresh rocket.
A classic take on the traditional, Caprese on Toast, is served on a crispy, delicious vegan toast, with a rich and creamy tofu and herb spread. A bowl full of soul, the Queso Quinoa Bowl, features a mix of wholesome flavours, including seasonal vegetables, roasted tomatoes and butternut, topped with a bold cashew nut queso sauce.
