Exclusively for the month of Ramadan, Market at EDITION is set to reopen, presenting Iftar at EDITION, where guests can expect dishes created by The Abu Dhabi EDITION’s exclusive partner, Michelin-starred chef Tom Aikens in collaboration with avant-garde local chef Mohamad Orfali, as well as an Arabian ice cream collection.
Since launching in 2018, The Abu Dhabi EDITION has worked closely in partnership with Chef Tom Aikens across signature award-winning restaurants. In collaboration with renowned, Dubai-based chef Mohamad Orfali, who specialises in contemporary Arabic cuisine, the Ramadan culinary experience embraces an authentic local connection.
Set in the light, modern Market at EDITION lifestyle restaurant, guests can anticipate iftar from live stations, or elevate the experience to intimate table service in the private dining room. A taste of the dishes includes Zaatar Spice Rub Chicken Breast, with bulgur wheat salad and pomegranate and Roast Cauliflower and Chickpea Tagine, with saffron and black rice.
Guests with sweet cravings can prepare for the EDITION Arabian Ice Cream Collection, strikingly black in colour served in a charcoal cone. Innovative homemade flavors such as Black Sesame and Activated Charcoal, Smoked Apple, Watermelon and Chilli Sorbet, Beetroot, Rose and Coconut Sorbet and Toffee Popcorn, will be a treat for taste buds.
As the night progresses, guests are invited to converse, relax and enjoy Arabian flavours on the marina-facing terrace with Suhoor under the starry night sky. An à la carte Suhoor menu showcases traditional favourites, Chicken Shawarma Rolls, Falafel Wraps and Tandoori Prawns Skewers, along with intriguing Cauliflower & Raisin Tabbouleh and Coconut Rose Mohalabieh.
