The Tourism, Hotel Investment & Networking Conference – Middle East (THINC ME) is set to return for its second edition on 12–13 February 2026 at Delano, Bluewaters Dubai. Hosted by Hotelivate, THINC Middle East continues to strengthen its position as a curated, owner-centric platform focused on hospitality investment, development and strategy across the GCC and wider Middle East.
Building on a successful inaugural edition, THINC ME 2026 will once again bring together hotel owners, investors, developers, lenders, operators, designers and advisors from across the region and beyond. A Theme Rooted in Regional Diversity and Capital Convergence
The 2026 edition is themed “The Hospitality Melting Pot”, reflecting the Middle East’s unique position where global capital, international brands, local ownership and destination ambition intersect. The conference is expected to attract a strong cross-section of regional and international delegates, including hotel owners, private equity investors, family offices, developers, global brands and financial institutions.
