The finalists were unveiled after the Top 30 were each given less than three hours – from briefing to competing – to push the boundaries of creativity through an exceptional non-alcoholic cocktail using Tanqueray 0.0. The challenge didn’t stop there – contestants also had to strike the perfect balance between showmanship and sophistication through both presentation and taste, showcasing their talent with Johnnie Walker Blue Label.
The bartenders impressed with their exceptional skills, creative cocktails, and ability to perform under pressure, under the watchful eyes of an esteemed panel of judges, including industry icons Iain McPherson (owner Panda & Sons), Jimmy Barrat (World Class UAE winner 2011 & 2012), Laura Duca (World Class UAE winner 2016), Kaitlin Stewart (World Class Global winner 2017), Minakshi Singh (Co-Founder & CEO, Sidecar), and Russel Sanchez (World Class UAE winner 2009) – each renowned for owning some of the world’s best bars and clinching top honours at World Class.
All top 10 finalists will next journey to the Johnnie Walker Weekender in Scotland – an exclusive experience offering camaraderie, inspiration, and an unforgettable celebration of their shared passion. As the competition continues, the journey will take them one step closer to the grand finale, where the winner will be crowned the World Class UAE 2025 Champion and will represent the UAE at the World Class Global Finals in Toronto, Canada.

As we move towards the grand finale, these finalists are not just competing—they are elevating experiences and pushing the boundaries of mixology to redefine what’s possible in the world of cocktails.”
