The graduation ceremony for the seven graduates was held at Park Inn by Radisson in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, earlier this week in the presence of HRH Princess Noura bint Khalid Al-Saud, the Learning & Development Partnership Manager at the Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia, along with key stakeholders from the Radisson Hotel Group.
The program, which was launched in May 2022 and extended over a period of six months, is supported by the Ministry of Tourism as part of its efforts to localize the tourism sector and enhance the role of Saudis in its growth and prosperity, as it allocated 400 million riyals for training and qualifying 100,000 Saudis to work in the local tourism sector.
The NTS program aims to enrich the team’s skills to tailor guests’ experiences and create memorable moments while preparing them with the knowledge required to be part of the Les Clef D’or community. The program includes classroom sessions on communications, guest relations, social media usage, and more, supplemented with online training programs on theories and fundamentals.
HRH Princess Noura bint Khalid Al-Saud said: “We’re pleased to see the first batch of graduates from the NTS program and are confident that they will provide a high level of service to all guests visiting Saudi Arabia. We support hospitality groups like Radisson Hotel Group which continues to educate, train, and certify talented Saudi Nationals”.
