Another highlight is Leña’s Lounge Bar, an exciting space designed to evoke the dynamic flames of an ember, accommodating approximately 50 guests.

Smoked Room: Elevating Grilled Haute Cuisine
Smoked Room, a testament to Chef Dani García’s passion for gastronomy, has made significant waves in the culinary world. Originating in Madrid, where it was awarded 2 Michelin stars within just six months of opening, the concept pays homage to the “Fire Omakase” style. The restaurant is renowned for its use of smoke and embers, which are central to its fine dining menu, transforming each dish into a unique culinary masterpiece.
Expanding its reach, Smoked Room has now opened a counterpart in Dubai, located in the St Regis Gardens at The Palm Jumeirah, inside Leña. This venue mirrors the exclusivity and intimacy of its Madrid origin, with only 14 seats available, offering a highly exclusive dining experience, with each guest receiving personalised attention, enhancing their visit.
Chef Dani García brings the same level of culinary excellence to Dubai that earned the Madrid location its prestigious accolades. The tasting menu, a journey of flavours, focuses on seasonal produce and the intrinsic essence of smoke, a signature element that defines each dish. The Fire Omakase experience is more than a meal; it’s a culinary narrative told through the expert blending of ingredients and the masterful use of smoke to enhance and transform flavours.
The Fire Omakase experience is priced at AED 950 per person. Additionally, guests can enhance their dining experience with optional wine or tea pairings, starting from AED 590 and AED 175 per person, respectively.
