Honeycomb Hi-Fi, Dubai’s first listening bar, is thrilled to announce some exciting new additions to their menu curated by Executive Chef Matt Abergel.
Chef Matt has added a creative touch to the dishes at Honeycomb Hi-Fi. Guests can now experience new flavours, updated classics, and limited-release speciality dishes, promising an enhanced experience.
Among the exciting additions are the Akami Tuna Sashimi (110 AED) with green chili ponzu and cilantro, Sweet Potato (40 AED) featuring ginger brown butter, and the spicy Dan Dan Noodles (120 AED) with sesame chicken, cucumber, and cilantro.
For those familiar with Honeycomb Hi-Fi’s signature dishes, Chef Matt has given a fresh twist to the Mochi Stuffed Wings (62 AED) by incorporating mushroom sticky rice and yuzu chili salt. The Duck Breast (60 AED) now comes with persimmon and yuzu honey, offering a new flavour dimension. As a limited-release dish, the venue has also introduced the Hokkaido A5 Wagyu Carpaccio (185 AED) to the menu.
