Perfectly paired to compliment your afternoon tea, the Canape platter includes 8 items per person including the Smoked Salmon Vol au Vent with spiced yoghurt and caviar, Seared Scallops on potato latke with a ginger honey mayo, Truffle Parsnips with parmesan bruschetta and shaved truffles, Prawn Toast with lemon aioli and togarashi, Wagyu Tartare with sambal aioli, crispy polenta and spring onion.
