In May 2023 Syrve provided a software system for two more branches of Bulldozer Group’s luxury brands in the UAE including such restaurants as Virgin Izakaya and Miya (reached 5 branches in total). Virgin Izakaya is a modern izakaya-style restaurant that specializes in traditional and contemporary Japanese cuisine, and Miya is a Greek restaurant in Dubai that offers authentic Greek cuisine.
Syrve’s restaurant management solution will cover all parts of restaurants’ operations starting from POS (point of sales) and overall front-of-house features all the way to stock keeping, cloud system, and AI forecasting to prevent over-stocking and food waste in a sustainable way. With the help of Syrve, Bulldozer Group aims to create innovative platforms and a digital transformation to ensure their expertise, skill and level of care can be enjoyed in markets across the globe.
Overall, Syrve provides a restaurant management system to five Bulldozer Group branches in the United Arab Emirates: Sand, Tanuki, Not only Fish, Virgin Izakaya and Miya Bistro.
