Al Muntaha | Located on the 27th floor of Dubai’s most iconic hotel, Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, Al Muntaha invites guests to indulge in a thoughtfully curated six-course degustation menu by Michelin-starred Chef, Saverio Sbaragli. Explore the culinary pioneer’s exceptional talents in full depth, as the dining experience takes diners through a culinary journey of the finest French and Italian cuisine.
To start, guests can enjoy the Salmon Trout with Yoghurt Sauce and a Escabeche Vinaigrette, followed by Langoustine Royale with Coco Beans and an Onion Consommé and Garganelli Peperoni and Imperial Sevruga Caviar. Next on the menu is the expertly prepared and signature Ravioli del ‘Plin’ with Parmesan Cream. For the main, guests can savour the Veal Filet Mignon with Rosemary Ash and Purple Artichoke. To end their gastronomic experience on a sweet note, guests can indulge in a decadent Il Latte including Dulce De Leche, Biscuit and a Goat Cheese Emulsion.

French Riviera | Located on the stunning oceanfront of Jumeirah Al Qasr, French Riviera has thoughtfully curated a new expérience gastronomique that perfectly embodies the elegance and soul of the Côte d’Azur through a seven-course degustation menu. Bringing together traditional and forward-thinking techniques across the seven courses, is one of the world’s most innovative chefs, Chef Kim Joinié-Maurin.
To start, guests can enjoy an indulgent amuse bouche La Pizzetta Truffe, followed by “Trilogie” composed of Le Crabe shredded Blue Crab, Poulpe thinly sliced Octopus served with a Black Olive Tapenade, and Betterave de Provence a refreshing duo of beetroot and apple. Next on the menu is the expertly prepared L’oignon Façon “Tatin” signature caramelized onion with Parmesan Cheese Ice Cream, La Saint Jacques with Fregola pasta drizzled with an orange reduction and an interpretation of the traditional La Bouillabaisse. Guests can choose from two mouth-watering mains; Le Poulet Jaune in a tantalising Arbois emulsion or Le Filet de Boeuf with creamy Mashed Potatoes and a Bourguignon Sauce. Reached by traditional Abra through Madinat Jumeirah’s tranquil waterways, the award-winning restaurant will take guests on a culinary journey of discovery that explores the five key flavours of Thailand – bitter, salty, spicy, sour, and sweet. The mouth-watering sharing menu also has plant-based versions that can be enjoyed by vegans. Starters include the Gai Hor Bai Toey, marinated chicken wrapped in pandan leaves, Chor Muang, purple flower chicken dumpling and Som Tam Pai Thai, green papaya salad. Rockfish | The eclectic seafood restaurant is inviting guests to enjoy a stunning beachfront dining experience, offering Mediterranean classics and a panoramic view of the iconic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah.
