This summer, Couqley is bringing the flavours of Provence, France, to Dubai with the launch of a limited-edition menu inspired by the region. Starting July 1st, Couqley is taking customers on a gastronomic voyage across the sun-kissed countryside and rolling hills of Provence. Featuring a harmonious blend of seasonal ingredients and vibrant flavours, the Couqley En Provence menu will be offered as a set menu, or as an a-la-carte selection at both Couqley JLT and Downtown throughout summer 2023.
Thoughtfully crafted to capture the region’s truly refreshing spirit, the exclusive menu items will be available as an a-la-carte selection starting from AED 39, keeping the experience true to Couqley’s promise of value-led dining. For those looking for a complete immersive culinary journey, the Couqley En Provence menu is also available as a set menu for only AED 369 including the two amuse bouche, a starter and a main course. From Tartare d’Artichaut Confit, Coquilles Saint Jacques, all the way to Moules au Pastis and Steak Frites Beurre Provençale, each dish from the limited-edition selection has been meticulously curated just for the season’s menu. Accompanying the limited-edition menu, Couqley has also launched an all-new beverage menu including traditional cocktails and grapes from the region. Elevating the culinary experience of being transported to the South of France, the menu will be presented to customers alongside meticulously crafted short stories describing the origin of each item.
Customers can expect distinctive experiences from the limited-edition menu, shaped by the unique setting of each Couqley location. Through Couqley Downtown’s newly enclosed air-conditioned outdoor terrace overlooking the Dubai Canal, customers are promised to be transported to the French countryside when dining on the veranda. Offering a French escape, the terrace is enclosed with floor–to–ceiling glass walls and is dressed with vibrant flowers hanging from the ceiling. On the other hand, Couqley’s outpost in JLT offers an inviting oasis to escape the summer heat and enjoy a refreshing meal in a relaxed and welcoming interior.
