With over a decade of culinary experience and a passion for creating innovative and authentic cuisine, Angela is set to elevate the Italian dining experience at the resort as she showcases her exceptional talent in the kitchen.

Angela’s culinary journey started in Mexico over a decade ago, where she trained at the prestigious Capri Riviera Cancun before honing her skills in the Dominican Republic, the United States and Europe, Doha, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Piaceri Da Gustare, having worked her way across a broad range of luxury hospitality groups and proving her mettle. She has been associated with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Banyan Tree, and the Viceroy Hotel Group, among several others.
Hilton is also a headline signatory of the Women in Hospitality charter and is working with other companies across the industry to find solutions to some of the industry’s most pressing challenges. By appointing Angela as the new Sous Chef of Piaceri Da Gustare, the resort not only recognises her exceptional culinary talent but also actively supports and encourages female professionals in the industry highlighting the brand’s unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
