Restaurant Secrets Inc. announces the promotion of Client Relations Officer, Anastasia Hrin, to Client Relationship Manager.
In her new role, Anastasiia’s responsibilities include project management, building and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing clients’ business needs and concerns, working with leadership to resolve them, and collaborating with other departments to build strategies that ensure client satisfaction.
Commenting on her promotion, Anastasiia said: “I am thrilled to have been a part of such a dynamic, fast-paced industry for over almost 4 years with RSI and am excited about extending my support in every way I can, while reaching all project targets with the team and our clients”.
Having been with the company since 2019, serving first at RSI’s ex-sister company, Lincoln group restaurants in the capacity of FOH Supervisor, she moved to RSI in 2020 & since then has grown personally as well as professionally, aligning to the company vision, serving clients, and her colleagues tremendously, first as Operations Officer & then as Client Relations Officer.
