Swissotel Al Ghurair has appointed Natalia Zubareva as the new Director of Sales and Marketing, leading the commercials for the two towers of the hotel and serviced hotel apartments.
The 17-year industry veteran with extensive experience in the hospitality sector, Natalia joins the Executive team of the 620-room property, and will develop the scope and role of the hotel’s sales and marketing team.
Originally from Russia, Natalia moved to Dubai in 2012, and has worked with luxury hospitality brands like Emaar and Marriott, transforming sales techniques and growing market shares.
She joins the Swissotel Al Ghurair team from its sister property in Accor, Swissotel Al Marooj, where she was pioneered the role of Director of Sales from 2021.
In her role at Swissotel Al Marooj, she spearheaded the sales team while securing partnerships in the wholesale segment and building a strong corporate base through regional and global accounts. Driving the STR of the hotel and improving the Revenue Growth Index by almost 50 points within 4 months, Natalia is known to be a kind and persistent leader with a strong business acumen and creativity.
