Abu Dhabi’s Emirati restaurant, Majlis Alfareej, has launched a new catering service, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner for up to 100 people.
Suitable for entertaining small scale or large scale, personal or corporate events, the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet menu includes soups, small bites, salads, main courses, desserts and drinks.
Majlis Alfareej founder and co-owner, Ali AL-Romaithi said: “A large gathering of family and friends during special occasions, like Eid-Al-Fitr, Eid Al Adha and weddings, are an integral part of Emirati culture.
“With the launch of this catering service, we are hoping that authentic Emirati cuisine and cultural practices will be better known among the expatriate community in the UAE.”
The buffet catering menu includes starters such as harees soup and shorbet adass, mini lahem sandwiches and falafel bites.
Main course dishes comprise salona lahem, rubyan curry, and machboos diyay and mini pista cake, sagaw, and nutella kunafa are some of the dessert options on offer.
The breakfast menu includes balaleet, foul bites, keema, and bayedh temat (tomato egg).
Custom-designed dishes to complement special events theme can also be arranged.
Delivery will be made on customer request, however Majlis Alfareej recommends placing orders three days in advance.
Majlis Alfareej is a homegrown restaurant serving authentic and fusion Emirati dishes, located at Darwish Tower in the Danat area of Abu Dhabi.
