At China Grill, Kikillus will be responsible for overseeing the 21-strong kitchen team and introducing new dishes to the Asian-inspired menu.
Jo Diaz, director of culinary, Mina Seyahi Complex said: “We are thrilled to welcome David to the team and to see him take on this new challenge.
“We have some exciting changes happening during Q3 of 2017 and the team and I are looking forward to unveiling all”.
