Buddha-Bar Beach is set to open later this year at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi, bringing Pan-Asian cuisine to the capital.
The day-to-night venue will be the fourth of its kind in the world and the first permanent destination for the brand. Seasonal venues appeared this summer in Baku and on Greek islands, Santorini and Mykonos.
Marwan Fadel, hotel manager of The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi commented: “We are really proud to bring Buddha-Bar Beach concept to Abu Dhabi.
“The new exotic concept will go beyond expectations, offering signature sounds and fabulous food in a stunning setting with world-class beach and pool facilities. It is an enticing proposition for sophisticated guests and residents who love fine dining, music, and modern design.”
The Abu Dhabi venue will offer cocktails and cuisine with Japanese, Thai and other Asian flavours in addition to DJs and nightly entertainment.
Nabil Souhail, vice president – business development and operations for the Middle East, Africa and Asia at Buddha-Bar said: “Renowned for its exhilarating fusion of adventurous food, exotic interiors, and signature Buddha-Bar music, the venue is sure to become the most exciting lifestyle destination Abu Dhabi has seen for some time.”
Launched in Paris in 1996, today Buddha-Bar and its sister brands have venues in 25 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.
Its portfolio of restaurants, bars, lounges, spas, and hotels combine French elegance with neo-Asian design elements.
