Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites has appointed four new members of its food, beverage and entertainment team to enhance the operations of its outlets, including the Observatory, The Croft and Counter Culture Café.
Sebastian Nohse, director of culinary at sister property JW Marriott Marquis Dubai will take the lead of the strategic direction of F&B at Dubai Marriott Harbour.
Meanwhile, Nikita Nanaiah has joined from her role as marketing executive at JW Marriott Marquis to take up the position of assistant F&B marketing and social media manager.
Vassil Lazarov joins as senior beverage and entertainment manager from Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek where he worked as bars and beverage manager.
His experience also includes a role at Q43, Media One Hotel as lounge manager and a stint as speciality outlet manager at Long’s Bar.
South African native, Carl Tichart joins as executive sous chef following a role a private chef to VVIP clients and as a restaurant consultant in his home city of Cape Town.
His regional experience includes working as head chef of Scott’s Seafood Restaurant at Jumeirah Etihad Towers from 2012 – 2014.
