The five-star property will introduce a new Modern-Asian restaurant called Ba and an al fresco venue Seagrill Bistro.
The opening of the two venues means the property now offers 11 restaurants and bars.
Alain Gobeil, director of food and beverage at Fairmont The Palm said, “I am excited to introduce a wider choice of flavours and cuisines for our international guests and the local residents of Dubai to enjoy. The new restaurants provide a great opportunity to try and taste new dishes and enjoy beautiful surroundings, from a large al fresco terrace to panoramic windows cascading views of the Dubai Marina Skyline. Ba and Seagrill Bistro create an idyllic location for a casual lunch by the pool, or a sophisticated evening out with friends.”
Ba Restaurant and Lounge which means lucky number eight in Mandarin, will offer an array of modern Asian cuisine, including sushi, noodles, large and small sharing plates within a casual lounge and bar style setting, with floor to ceiling views of Dubai Marina Skyline.
Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese and Korean dishes will feature on its affordable menu, with highlights including the crispy duck kimchi steamed buns, tuna tacos with spicy mayo and fresh mango, honey baked cod with pickled ginger, a selection of signature ramen noodles and Taiwanese braised beef noodle soup.
Seagrill Bistro, the European destination will offer dishes like the fresh kale and pepper salad, mushroom fusilli pasta with goat’s cheese and truffle oil and desserts such as crème brulée with juicy raspberries. Its natural theme will provide a bright and tasty laid back luncheon for groups of friends or hotel guests.
The new dining destinations follow on from the resorts most recent opening, Little Miss India in November 2017 alongside another new restaurant Blowfish, launching soon.
