Gates Hospitality, the name behind well-known Dubai venues Reform Social & Grill, Bistro Des Arts and Ultra Brasserie, has launched Local Heroes, a book to showcase its growing portfolio of brands.
Featuring interviews, exclusive details of upcoming venues and some of the most popular recipes from each restaurant and bar, the book is available to clients, potential and existing business partners and hospitality professionals who are associated with the company. The publication will also be available in all venues for guests and competitors to read the Gates Hospitality story.
Produced by BNC Publishing, the book profiles Bistro Des Arts, The Black Lion, Reform Social & Grill and Six Senses Zighy Bay Oman, as well as previews of the soon to open Folly and Publique at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai.
Commenting on the launch, Gates Hospitality CEO Naim Maadad said: “Local
Heroes is about developing and promoting home grown brands and talents with the focus on individuals who are the driving force behind such brands. These individuals deserve to be recognised as they are implementing and nurturing brand DNA. With the tremendous pipeline we have lined up, we need brand ambassadors to become the face of such brands and constantly drive them with pride and joy.”
He added: “Local Heroes is a great synopsis of what our daily lives entail. It’s a genuine story with genuine people behind each and every step of the way. The fact the BNC team are partners on more than one front, we felt comfortable to entrust thezm with such a project. After all BNC Publishing has a proven track record in this industry and in a way represents its own Local Heroes story.”
