Hospitality solutions provider, Hotelity has joined the sponsor lineup at this year’s Big F&B Forum, taking place on September 20, at The Westin Mina Seyahi, Dubai.
S Roy, Managing Director, Hotelity explains why the all round food and beverage, operating supplies and equipment provider will be supporting the second edition of the Forum.
Why have you chosen to support BNC Publishing’s Big F&B forum?
It is important for us to be part of the Big F&B Forum to support the industry and showcase our new product developments to our peers in the industry.
What is your opinion of the Middle East’s F&B landscape?
With the MENA region known for having one of the fastest growing hotel and restaurant pipelines, not only do these new projects need to be up to date with the latest trends, established brands are also required to adapt to shifting dynamics. To remain competitive, outlets need to create concepts that will engage guests and ensure that they stand out from the crowd.
What new products are you launching this year?
We recently launched HLab, which allows hoteliers to experiment with products to create a concept that works for their property. With the opportunity to design the ideal table setting, buffet area, and room interiors through the use of the many products available at Hotelity, guests are able to move items around as they bring their ideas to life.
On September 18, Hotelity and Wild Magma are launching the X line of cooking stations. The new line of action stations are foldable and brings the industry’s first cross table with integrated power.
What are your company’s plans for the next 12 months?
Hotelity has two major things to develop within next 12 months. First of all, the further development of the Wild Magma brand. Wild Magma alludes to the custom nature of the brand, allowing clients to mold and shape designs based on their wildest dreams. It is practical and unique. Clients can customise tailor made pieces for tabletop accessories and hotel amenities and cooking stations.
Secondly, we will be spending lots of time spreading awareness about our innovative Hlab.
