InSinkErator, a business unit of Emerson, hosted a sustainability workshop for primary students of Al Mawakeb, Al Barsha.
The workshop aimed to drive awareness around food waste and recycling, while promoting environmental stewardship and included a coloring contest which saw the winner have the latest innovation within food disposers, the Model 66, installed at home.
The Model 66 instantly grinds and washes food waste, without the need for blades, while using less than one percent of the total household water consumption. Featuring quiet sound reduction technology, the stainless steel grinding system comes with a four year guarantee and can handle up to 980ml of waste in its grinding chamber.
