The Indian Chef will be partnering with Mahec as his first venture of its kind in the UAE.
Having cooked for celebrities such as Queen Elizabeth II, Bill Clinton, Margaret Thatcher and boxing star Muhammad Ali, Chef Satish will be adding a new touch to Dubai’s Indian fine-dine restaurant Mahec at Le Meridien Dubai Hotel and Conference Centre.
As part of the partnership, the venue will now be branded as Mahec by Satish Arora.
Chef Arora started his career at the age of 26 when he took over the reins of the kitchen in Taj Group’s flagship hotel in Mumbai India, being the world’s youngest chef in a five-star kitchen.
“I’m blessed to have had the opportunity to serve world leaders and celebrities for the past 5 decades. Now I look forward to being in Dubai in this extremely vibrant and dynamic F&B scenario,” Chef Satish Arora said.
He will be redesigning the menu for Mahec by Satish Arora which includes celebrity favourites like Shahenshahi Kofta Makhani created for Amitabh Bachchan, Butter Chicken served to Queen Elizabeth II, Sikandari Lamb Chops for Bill Clinton, Prawn Curry Goan style for Lady Thatcher & the famous Bombay Pudding for Prince Charles.
Keeping the health conscious diners in mind the restaurant will also offer freshly baked Gluten-free breads and rotis upon request.
