Chef Parsk commented: “I am delighted to begin 2017 with the Marriott family in my new role as executive chef at the Courtyard Green Community.
I look forward to serving the community and food lovers of Dubai an authentic and memorable dining experience.”
Parsk’s culinary journey began in London where she graduated from the Westminster Kingsway College.
She trained at Marco Pierre White’s The Belvedere in London’s Holland Park and under Gordon Ramsay at the Michelin-starred Menu and The Grillroom in The Connaught Hotel, London.
In 2007, Parsk relocated to Dubai to begin her first international culinary assignment with Gary Rhodes at Rhodes Mezzanine as a chef de partie.
She then worked as sous chef at the Cavalli Club and Capital Club in DIFC.
In 2012, Parsk joined Jumeirah Group as head chef of Pierchic, Madinat Jumeirah, which appointed a new management team last year.
She then transferred to The Ivy at Jumeirah Emirates Towers.
In her new role, Parsk will head up the culinary operations Courtyard by Marriott’s Cucina, serving traditional trattoria style cuisine; Sobo, a poolside outlet serving signature beverages and Arabic food; and Neighbourhood, a social house and eatery offering British pub favourites.
