Mira Lozi Al Naimi and Rama Dabbous Mamlouk, the founders of Dubai-based F&B concepts, Circle Café and Sushi Counter, have revealed they will launch new grab-and-go concept, Paper Bag.
To be located in hospitals, banks and universities, Paper Bag’s first outpost will open in Dubai Science Park in February.
Al Naimi told Catering News: “Paper Bag is a derivative of Circle Café. It is targeted mostly at clients with a busy lifestyle, with all the food pre-packed and ready to be grabbed on the go.
“It will be an array of food items ranging from scrumptious salads, to hot meals on the go, gourmet sandwiches, gluten-free items and homemade desserts in portions.”
She added there will be nutritious options for health-conscious customers and wholesome menu items for those seeking “deliciousness, freshness and comfort”.
The partners expect to roll out five – 10 Paper Bag outlets in 2017 in the UAE, before expanding the concept overseas.
A full interview with Mira Lozi Al Naimi and Rama Dabbous Mamlouk will feature in the February edition of Catering News Middle East.
