Coya has launched in Abu Dhabi as part of The Dining Collection at The Galleria on Al Maryah Island.
Serving contemporary Peruvian cuisine, Coya Abu Dhabi features a Pisco Lounge and Library, a DJ on the decks and views over a waterfront promenade.

Dishes on offer include the ‘Tiradito de Serviola’, a Peruvian raw fish classic, mixed with truffle oil and chives; Chilean Seabass cooked in a brassa (an open charcoal grill); in addition to ceviche, anticuchos (marinated skewers fired on a charcoal grill), and a number of meat and poultry dishes.
The Dining Collection represents a group of chef- and restaurateur-led concepts with existing regional credentials.
The collection includes Coya, Nusr-Et, Loca and Roberto’s, along with Zuma, Bentley Bistro and Bar, Nolu’s, Almaz by Momo and Emporio Armani Caffe, which have recently opened in Abu Dhabi.
La Petite Maison is set to open in autumn 2017.
The Dining Collection also includes Sambusek and Dai Pai Dong in Rosewood Abu Dhabi and Butcher & Still and Café Milano in Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island.
Coya is a multi-award winning brand and sister property of Zuma and La Petite Maison.
The Abu Dhabi restaurant has over 80 inside, 25 on the terrace and 12 in the private dining room.
