Landmark Group’s food division, Foodmark, will open a second GRK Fresh Greek in Dubai this month at Burjuman Centre.
The new restaurant is 3,000ft2 and seats more than 100 diners with outdoor and indoor seating.
Andres Gonzalez, general manager of the fast casual division at Foodmark commented: “We are pioneering Greek urban food in the fast casual segment of Dubai and are proud to be expanding the GRK group of restaurants in the region with the addition of our second opening in BurJuman Centre.
“GRK has proven to be a strong brand within the fast casual segment, so it makes sense to seek expansion in a prominent location with a wider client base.”
Delivering an authentic dining experience, GRK imports much of its produce from Greece, including extra virgin olive oil, honey, yogurt, meat, salad, herbs and spices.
The restaurant serves Yeeros (Gyros), a traditional Greek dish made of grass and grain-fed meat marinated and cooked on a vertical rotisserie.
Traditional Greek salad is also on the menu along with a range of home-made tzatzikis aged feta and watermelon salad, GRK meatballs, and for dessert, GRK donuts or salted caramel baklava cheesecake.
The new GRK Fresh Greek restaurant opening is aimed at further consolidating the brand’s footprint as the authentic Greek food destination in Dubai.
GRK Fresh Greek at BurJuman Centre will be open daily from 9am to 12am on weekdays and 9am to 2am on weekends.
