Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai announces the extension of Ibiza’s famed multi-sensory dining pop-up Sublimotion, from 4 February to 4 May 2022, due to popular demand.
Sublimotion opened to instant renown at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai in November 2021 for a three-month period and following the huge success of this unique dining experience, the beachfront resort has extended the pop-up’s residency until 4 May 2022, before returning to Ibiza for the summer season. The concept is the brainchild of Paco Roncero, chef and owner of two-Michelin-starred Paco Roncero Restaurante in Madrid, and creative director Eduardo Gonzales of Vega Factory.
This once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience features 10 whimsical courses, and the new season will bring with it a variety of new additions that transform and delight with every scene and bite. The theatrical show includes 360-degree screens with imagery projected onto every surface, from the walls to the table, taking guests on a journey all the way from a sushi bar in Tokyo, to a Jazz Club in New York City, offering 12 lucky diners many surprises along the way.
There are two shows daily at 6:30pm and 9:30pm, and guests can enjoy this one-of-kind experience at AED 5,000 per seat.
