Back by popular demand, The Coffee Club’s ‘Smart Eating’ menu returns for its third season with even more tasty dishes to offer across their plant-based, vegan and keto categories. To help customers eating smarter, the special edition menu includes nutritional information for all these flavoursome dishes, as well as the chef’s recipes for guests to try and prepare at home.

A plant-based diet encourages the consumption of whole, natural, plant-based foods and aims to minimize animal products, processed foods, and foods high in refined sugars. The trend of mindful eating has increased in popularity over the years and there are now nine speciality dishes for plant-based fans to choose from.

Acai berry purée topped with peanut butter, banana, blueberries, strawberries, coconut chips, pumpkin and chia seeds.
