Chef Middle East hosted a workshop in partnership with Valrhona to encourage pastry chefs to exchange ideas on new techniques and discover new products and recipes.
The workshop took place on 21 and 22 August at Inked Alserkal Avenue in Al Quoz, Dubai and was led by well-known Italian chocolatier and pastry consultant, Gianluca Fusto.
Attendance was by invitation only and last week’s workshop was exclusive to members of Cercle V, Valrhona’s loyalty programme for culinary professionals.
