To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the United Arab Emirates, Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort hosted the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs on Friday, November 26, 2021. VIPs, hospitality industry leaders, and key members of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs guild have come together.
The black-tie event paid homage to the UAE and the growth of its sustainable agricultural endeavours, animal husbandry and sea farming. The gourmet menu featured items grown and produced in the UAE.
In line with its vision, Hilton RAK Beach Resort has become a gourmet destination in the Emirate, curating exceptional dining and stay experiences for all guests. The exclusive invite only dinner was held on the oceanfront. An advocate for highlighting RAK as a travel and gourmet destination, Cluster General Manager, Helen Jacobe wanted the dinner to have a sense of place, to celebrate culture, community endeavours and the hospitality that is legendary in the Emirate.
Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, a renowned international gastronomic society, is dedicated to fine cuisine and promoting and developing gastronomic values with a presence in over 80 countries and over 24,000 members. The concept brings together individuals who appreciate food, fine grape and conversation, meeting regularly.
