Once more, Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates partnerd with Mall of the Emirates where all the proceeds from selling the 300m cake will go to charity to Emirates Red Crescent.
Led by the popular Chef Sudqi Naddaf, Executive Chef at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, and with the support of a team of no less than 12 chefs, the record-breaking stollen cake came to life after day and night of the full team’s tireless work.
When the sale begins, the team used more than 3,500 eggs, 730 kilograms of flour, 330 kilograms of raisins, 70 kilograms of Marzipan, 150 kilograms of lemon and 170 kilograms of zested orange. This traditional decadent cake tantalised all the tastebuds, making the festive season as merry as it gets!
The bigger 60cm long stollen loaves can be bought whole for AED 100, half (30 cm) for AED 50.
Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates successfully sold a total of 900 pieces and raised AED 65,000 which was donated to Emirates Red Crescent Charity.
