INKOGNITO, a premium burgers and desserts concept created by INKED Dubai has teamed up with TiNDLE chicken to create the Fried TiNDLE Chicken Slaw Burger. Customers were only able to buy INKOGNITO’s food during pop-ups once upon a time, but the trailblazing outfit has found a permanent home in Jumeirah, at Wasl 51 where it continues its inclusive food culture for meat-eaters and vegans alike.
“Our INKOGNITO burgers embody a blend of savoir faire and understanding of plant-based cuisine with the joy and simplicity of fast food. We promise to satisfy our hungry customers with quality ingredients and creative burgers and to be an inclusive destination for both vegans and non-vegans while making conscious choices whenever possible,” said Patrick Jarjour the Founder of INKOGNITO
Fully vegan, the TiNDLE burger comprises of a crispy fried ‘chicken’ patty made from plants, coleslaw, chipotle mayonnaise, sundried tomatoes, sourdough bun, all carefully crafted and handmade in the unique and artistic INKOGNITO style.
“We are excited to have TiNDLE on board as this furthers our ambition to give our customers the absolute best of everything. TiNDLE, fits in perfectly because the product allows us to be creative. We pride ourselves on combining a bit of art into our food and TiNDLE allows us to do just that. We are excited for our customers to try the new burger, poised to be a crowd favorite” continued Jarjour.
Singapore-based global food tech startup, NextGen Foods, recently launched TiNDLE chicken in the UAE and is making significant waves, not just with the partnered restaurants but also with how customers are left wowed by the ‘chicken’ they are tasting. The collaboration with INKOGNITO will add something different to an already-exclusive menu. Customers will be treated to the quality craftsmanship of INKOGNITO with the healthy taste and feel of TiNDLE’s chicken.
“TiNDLE has had an incredible reception from chefs and diners across the UAE, Asia, USA as well as Europe. Teaming up with such artistic and high-quality food makers at INKOGNITO presents us with a great opportunity to cater to the UAE’s growing demand for a plant-based food that is delicious, nutritious, and sustainable,” said NextGen Foods’ Growth Director, Marc Jolly.
The Fried TiNDLE Chicken Slaw Burger can be found on the INKOGNITO menu from Thursday 28th at its store in Jumeirah, at Wasl 51. The collaboration is bound to be a top seller on a menu that boasts several, already set, fan favorites.
