Greenline Interiors (GLI) has won the AED 140 million contracts for the Wafi Hotel project in Dubai and Shaza Hotel in Riyadh.
The Wafi Hotel project (pictured right) will be completed in two phases, with phase one consisting of 475 hotel rooms and 97 apartments, while phase two has 26 suites, two ambassador suites and one royal suite as well as partial public areas.
The scope of work at Shaza Hotel in Riyadh includes the fit-out works for 205 rooms and partial public areas.

GLI has worked with a number of prestigious hotel operators including Sofitel, Grosvenor House, Fairmont, Hilton, Arjaan Rotana and Paramount Towers, and delivered iconic projects including the seven-star Burj Al Arab and the Hotel de Vendôme in Paris.
