Jannah Hotels and Resorts has launched 110 serviced studio apartments in Abu Dhabi. The fully-furnished apartments are located in the five-star Jannah Burj Al Sarab Hotel.
The units are available for lease at AED85,000 per year, which is payable in monthly instalments. The price includes access to the hotel’s five-star services and amenities, including laundry service, housekeeping, a 50% discount on hotel food and beverage, and internet.
The launch comes as recent market studies identify a continuing lack of apartments in the capital, putting upward pressure on rental prices and limiting options for residents and visitors.
Nehme Imad Darwiche, chief executive officer of Jannah Hotels and Resorts, said: “The launch of our studio product comes after an in-depth study of Abu Dhabi market and the needs of this category of home seekers.We cater to the essentials of successful yet ambitious global travellers and residents looking to balance work and play in their lifestyles.”
The studios are 38 square meters in size and decorated with natural colours and contemporary-style furniture. They come equipped with a king-sized, body-conforming signature Jannah Spa bed, which is lined with 450-thread count bed linen. Other additions include an executive-sized desk and a 48-inch flat-screen television with international and local channels.
