The Al Habtoor City Hotel Collection has named Jason Harding as the new complex general manager leading the teams at The St. Regis Dubai, W Dubai – Al Habtoor City and The Westin Dubai, Al Habtoor City.
Harding takes on his new role following his stint with Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, where he held the position of area director and general manager of Taj Dubai. Harding brings to Al Habtoor City Hotel Collection a wealth of experience with more than 25 years in hospitality across the UK, Europe and UAE.
A graduate of Cornell University, USA and Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland, Harding moved to Dubai in 2010 to join Emaar, where he took on the role as general manager at The Palace – Downtown Dubai, before taking on the role of Regional General Manager for Armani Hotels & Resorts looking after hotels in Dubai and Milan, Italy as well as At.mosphere, the world’s highest restaurant located in Burj Khalifa and The Burj Club next to Burj Khalifa.
Commenting on his new appointment, Harding said: “As the first completed project on the Dubai Water Canal, Al Habtoor City is one of the most prestigious and eagerly awaited hospitality, entertainment and residential developments in the region. It is a destination within the bigger destination of Dubai and has been monumental for the city’s hospitality scene.
