Doors Freestyle Grill, nestled by the Al Seef waterfront promenade, has launched an all-new ‘Five Senses’ menu.
The steakhouse and seafood restaurant will enable diners to tap into all the senses showcasing the venue’s premium-cuts, fresh seafood and signature dishes.
“Culinary art isn’t just limited to taste, it’s about presentation, personal touch, creativity and serving up an experience that appeals to all one’s senses,” says internationally acclaimed Chef Kemal Çeylan. “We take pride in sourcing our ingredients from different parts of the world and our passion is reflected through the added touches of theatre and style we add to each dish prepared.”
Starting off the journey is an avocado salad served with, cucumber, blueberry and apple dressing, followed by the fusion-style beef tataki made with thin slices of Wagyu meat, served with mirin, ginger, chili and Doors’ classic sauce.
The third course, lamb neck, is slow-cooked for eight hours, and then cut and served at the table with flair, with the option of having the chef feed the guest their first bite.
The menu is priced at AED 800 for two people.
