Since joining COYA Middle East in 2022, Fabien has been instrumental in the success of key projects across the region. His leadership at COYA Doha, his involvement in the post-opening task force for chanca Marbella during the high season, and his pivotal role in the relaunch of COYA Abu Dhabi have all significantly strengthened COYA’s presence in the Middle East. Fabien’s expertise, enhanced by his certifications in Executive Leadership and a WSET Level 2 in Wine, uniquely positions him to lead COYA Dubai and Chanca by COYA Dubai into their next phase of growth.
