Phillip Realmo joins in as the new Director of Food and Beverage. With over two decades of international experience in hospitality management, Phillip brings a wealth of expertise and innovation to his new role where he will oversee all nine of the hotel’s dining outlets. His previous experience includes Director of Beverage and Food at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island, Avani + Hotels in Bangkok and Thompson Hotels in Playa del Carmen.

Wanderson Junior Da Silva Leads Culinary Excellence at Frevo
Wanderson Junior Da Silva now leads as the new Chef de Cuisine at Frevo, the renowned Brazilian outlet within the property. With an impressive culinary career spanning over two decades, Wanderson brings a wealth of experience and a passion for Brazilian cuisine to his role. His culinary experience includes Restaurant Garota da Urca in Rio de Janeiro, MNKY HSE Riyadh, Intercontinental Abu Dhabi, Worldwide Development Co – Restaurant Group, Conrad & DoubleTree by Hilton in Haitang Bay, Sanya, China, and Intercontinental Shenzhen.
