Dubai-based French-inspired outlet, Frioul at Souk Madinat Jumeirah has introduced a new Friday brunch, starting Friday 19 February.
Options reflect the restaurant’s Southern French menu, which is inspired by the Frioul islands, off the coast of Marseille.
The menu was created by head chef Stephane Cocu, who joined Frioul last May having previously held the role of executive chef at Vida Downtown Dubai.
“It will be a family friendly brunch where our guests can enjoy a delicious brunch in a relaxed atmosphere by the Madinat Riviera.”
The brunch menu is split into five sections, which comprise a salad bar, baked goods, a buffet station, a carvery and desserts.
Salad options include quinoa and grilled prawn salad with lemon confit, raisin, sweet pimento and fresh coriander, while the ‘Baker’s Corner’ offers up a selection of French pastries and bread.
The buffet station includes breakfast staples, such as Eggs Benedict with a choice of smoked salmon, mushrooms, veal bacon and cheese, while the ‘Carving Station’ features such items as grilled striploin with béarnaise and baked salmon filet with devil sauce.
Among the dessert options are assorted mini éclairs, fruit tart and tiramisu.
The brunch will take place every Friday from 12.30pm – 4.30pm, with packages starting at AED 295 for the non-alcohol option, AED 392 for the Mimosa + Bellini and house beverage package, and AED 495 for the champagne brunch.
Frioul is a home-grown concept from Utopia, the franchisee of Pacha Ibiza Dubai.
