The Gulfood Conference 2016, will feature 59 industry leading speakers over three days of presentations, panel discussions and case studies (see below).
The conference will include sessions on Halal, food science and manufacturing, public health and global food security and will be preceded by The F&B Business Forum, on February 21.
New for 2016, the conference will also see the launch of The Innovation Hub in Association with British Airways – a Dragon’s Den style competition for existing F&B small business owners owners.
