Argentine restaurant Gaucho Dubai in DIFC celebrated its fourth birthday last week.
In its first four years of operations, the restaurant has established itself as an important part of Dubai’s F&B scene with private dining spaces and a varied events programme.
Gaucho director of international operations, Ross Butler commented: “It has been an exciting and highly successful four years for Gaucho and it definitely shows no signs of slowing down.
“I am proud to be a part of [Gaucho] and look forward to watching it grow further”.
In August 2015, the company introduced ‘Gaucho Anywhere’ through a partnership with Deliveroo, a London-based start-up, which offers delivery services for restaurants that don’t normally deliver.
Gaucho now offers diners a taste of Argentina at home, with no delivery charges or minimum spend.
Another partnership with Add-Mind, a Beirut-based F&B branding consultancy, saw the launch of Indie at Gaucho, a design-led lounge concept, offering high-end cuisine, cocktails and eclectic music.
With 15 restaurants operating throughout the UK, Gaucho made its Middle East debut in Beirut in November 2010 and opened its doors in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) on 1 October, 2011.
