Hilton Al Ain has reopened all-day dining restaurant Flavours following a renovation to enhance its Arabic interiors and menu.
At the official opening ceremony, Hilton Al Ain general manager Jacques Claudel said: “Our aim is to offer the finest dining experience so everything has been carefully selected, from the décor, lighting and music to the menu for our themed nights and Friday brunch.”
The restaurant offers a private dining area for groups and families of up to ten people and an outdoor terrace and cocktail bar.
The menu has been created by executive chef Inan Dogru from Turkey. Each night offers a themed buffet with live cooking stations.
Theme nights are as follows:
- Monday – Seafood
- Tuesday – Italian
- Wednesday – Asian
- Thursday – Arabic
- Friday – Turkish
Brunch is also offered on Fridays during the day.
Guests can also enjoy lunch or dinner a la carte, with dishes from different countries and a selection of healthy smoothies from the bar.
The renovation of Flavours restaurant is a part of the hotel’s capital refurbishment plan, which will be carried out in stages and includes the gym, pool and pool bar, the lobby, and the atrium wing guest rooms.
Flavours restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from Monday to Sunday from 6:30am to 11:00pm.
